JobSmack makes pitches, forums, and message boards available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas may or will become public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal or professional information.

JobSmack also utilizes an internal mail system to send your profile information and/or resume only to the recipient(s) you authorize. However, JobSmack is not responsible for what actions the recipient(s) takes with respect to retaining, using, or forwarding that information.

RESUMES

Since JobSmack is a career site; you have the option of uploading your resume to our database. Your resume will not be searchable by potential employers, and will not be distributed without your authorization. We use our best efforts to prevent unauthorized access to this database; however, we cannot guarantee that other parties will not, without our consent, gain access to this database. Moreover, employers who have legitimately received your resume may retain a copy of your resume in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes in these instances.

UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION

JobSmack allows you to change or correct your personal information at any time. To do so, simply log into your JobSmack account, and you will find options for editing the information you have submitted. If you have any difficulty, please consult our help pages, or you may contact us.
